How to Engage…

BOOK A KEYNOTE SESSION

In this 60 to 90 minute, interactive presentation, be inspired to utilize some of the most effective communication strategies in Messy to Meaningful, Starting with Me. This includes preparation, what to say, how to say it, and how to receive messages in profound and productive ways. It also includes the essential components of working on building a stronger and more confident you!

SCHEDULE A SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Broken down into 3-4-hour sessions, these trainings will provide participants with learning and practice in having meaningful conversations in messy situations. Learners will have opportunity to interact, process new information and watch role-play scenarios of what’s most troubling to them. Trainings include concrete strategies and behaviors that contribute to more meaningful conversations as well as an understanding that certain attitudes and dispositions will improve your approach, relationships and peace of mind.

COMMIT TO ONGOING DEVELOPMENT

Schedule multiple sessions for your school, department and district level leaders. In several sessions, learners will build upon their skills from one session to the next, have more opportunity to practice particular situations, continue to grow a stronger self, a more confident approach and better skills to carry out difficult conversations.
